I sent through an enquiry and didn’t think much of. I received a call the morning after from Laurent Laroche who was so welcoming, he listened to our frustration and provided further information on what Champion Homes can offer. Laurent would provide me with an update on a daily basis either via email or phone call and I honestly felt he was my personal design assistant. I not once had to follow up with anything because he would reach out to me first. He was clear, precise and very careful throughout the whole process. Laurent was patient, supportive, kind and understanding with the execution of the contracts and exchange of land and the whole process.
He is very prompt in replying to all my enquiries and ensures that all my questions are answered. He goes beyond to provide an excellent customer experience and does his best. The staff have been fantastic and have been nothing but helpful with the build. And have also gone out of there way to make this experience as easy as possible. I am currently half way building my new home in Cobbitty and I have very happy with the service and the build time of my new home.

The first crew worked for a week to fix cracks. Still sitting here two weeks later paying on four storage units and a pod and was just told it will be four weeks before they are out to work on the other issues. Things were done NOT to specifications.
But the ecological part of it is more of a sticking point for me. I had them install sliding glass doors and the quality is amazing. Our moderators read all reviews to verify quality and helpfulness. I am currently at initial stage with Champion Homes. I have had a very good pre-build experience with Design Consultant, Laurent Laroche.
Is this your company?
Nevertheless, Champion Homes have got a dedicated team which is responsible for inspecting and rectifying building defects. Alison the Maintenance Coordinator is very efficient in following up any reported defects. And Barry, the Supervisor at the construction stage, is always willing to help resolve issues and provide useful advice to me.
Here's the situation with your windows. Here's what we need to do to save them. We can't save these pieces because they have to come out.” They very clearly explained everything to me of what they could do and why. They did seven windows in four hours and left, and everything was clean and done. I went around and looked at all the outside stuff.

You represented your company very well and we are overly satisfied with your professional behavior.
Sharon is the most unprofessional worker I have ever dealt with. It is very unprofessional that she thinks she can talk to people however she wants. She doesn't need to bring her unprofessionalism to her job. I will be contacting the main coorperate office, since no one in Leesville will do anything about her.
I said, “I'm paying too much for windows for them not to fit the size.” He was very gracious. He said, "Sometimes they don't look at whatever the molding is and take that into consideration." He called and after he called, they said, “No problem. We will reorder the windows.” He said, “We will leave these here. Unfortunately, I'm not gonna cover up the front, or make it look pretty. But we'll be back as soon as possible.” I was very impressed with that. After hand over the house, there are some defects, he was helpful and respond my requests, send tradesman to fix the issue.
Champion have built me a house that is of excellent quality and standard. We check all genuine customer reviews and show the number of approved and rejected reviews. All fake or false reviews are excluded from the Reviews Score. The home almost futuristic with only the wall panels giving it away as being manufactured. We love the exterior profile of a slanting roof on the one side, then the small raised kitchen area and then the porch/balcony on the other end.
It feels surprisingly big and airy for such a tiny living space. The space-management and ergonomic design of this home are truly off the charts. A mostly white interior with dashes of soft pastel colors cements it as a fantastic example of modern minimalist design. Champion Homes is indeed appropriately named.
I just want to say that the service Champion Homes is excellent. I am very impressed with the maintenance department of Champion Homes in particular with the coordinator, Alison. Alison is very prompt in resolving issues I called about and is very methodical. I can always rely on her help when needed. She is a great asset to Champion Homes. It was our first home but was very bad and stressful experience with them.
Unfortunately the problem with the air conditioning has not been fixed. The two people who came out said they saw nothing wrong and when I mentioned... Get more reviews from your customers with Birdeye. You can feel the wind blow right thru all windows and doors, the curtains actually move. Bubbling under most of the flooring, was told oh that happens the house is starting to settle, it suppose to do that.
We have repeatedly contacted Champion homes and the dealer we purchased the home through and they just ignore us. It will be very costly for us to fix as it requires the whole 2100 sq ft house have new flooring laid. They look horrible and we are at our wits end as to how to get them to fix the problem. There is a lot of shoddy workmanship all through the house but the floors is the biggest problem. I paid 1/2 down with cash back credit card and received cash discount and no extra charge. An appointment was made for a installer to come and check measurements for accuracy.
